All Harbour players are responsible for ensuring their transport exemption information is current for the Pennants season and for any other tournaments where a cart may be allowed.
Northland Players
All Northland players have automatic exemption for the Pennants season.
There will be some tournaments that will require a transport exemption, at the discretion of the Club Development Officer - Northland and includes but not limited to:
